2016 Conference – What does nature do for Devon?
220 people attended our second spring conference at Exeter Racecourse on Friday 29th April. The conference acted as a great opportunity to network across all sectors, learn more about the value of Devon’s natural environment (from farmers, fishermen, academics, health professionals, developers and ecologists) and discuss how we increase investment in our environment.

Tony Juniper – British campaigner, writer, sustainability adviser and environmentalist who served as Vice Chair of Friends of the Earth International from 2000–2008. Author of What Nature Does for Britain.
Professor Ian Bateman – Professor and Director of the Land, Environment, Economics and Policy Institute (LEEP) at Exeter University. Member of Defra’s Natural Capital Committee.
Harry Barton – CEO Devon Wildlife Trust
Andy Wood – Director of Exeter and East Devon Growth Point.
